What to Do When You're Bored on a Saturday Night

Bored on a Saturday night usually means you have energy but no plan. The fastest cures are the ones that tap an already-running event — live music, a comedy show, an open mic, a pop-up market, a friend's party you half-declined. If staying in wins, pick something with structure: a theme night at home (specific cuisine, specific movie genre), a long overdue call, a solo drive somewhere with a view. Saturdays are also the easiest night to text three people "anyone around?" and see what shakes out — more yeses than you'd think, especially after 8pm.
